Pilot dataset — methodological note

This page shows pilot Phase 1 results combining two datasets: expert tests from a leading independent European consumer organisation (2015–2019) and customer experience data from a leading Czech e-commerce retailer (2024). The data are not fully comparable across markets and time periods — they serve as a first indicative ranking ahead of the full Durability Score (Ds) methodology launching in 2026. Each rating carries an evidence grade A–C based on the number of models tested. Read the methodology →
